Carolyn Tyrer
Carolyn studied fine art and painting at Great Yarmouth College of Art and Design, then
Central St Martins, London (formerly London Central), Sir John Cass, London and the
Suffolk College of Art and Design.
Carolyn’s inspiration comes from a lifetime of drawing and painting. She is also a keen sailor and enjoys sailing her yacht in the Solent and on the East Coast. This love of the sea and the changing seasons is depicted in her paintings which have attracted a large following in the UK and abroad.
Her equestrian paintings are inspired by many years owning and riding horses, as well as being involved in the racing world.
Carolyn loves to capture the mood, colours and emotion in each of her paintings which are produced in acrylic on canvas.
